Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by service selected at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via UPS and USPS. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Grove Fabworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Grove Fabworks is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your order is safely received.
